Having been formed in Wakefield in 2006, we then moved to Castleford in 2010. Our premises are easy to find, being just behind the Xscape complex, off J32 of the M62.
Our Offices are purpose built for our operations and have a highly efficient EPC rating of 'A', meaning our operational footprint on the environment is as low as can be.
As you’d also expect, our vehicle fleet is clean and modern with all vehicles Euro 6 emissions compliant as a minimum. All Management & Surveying vehicles are Hybrid, and emit less than 19g/km WLTP. Vehicles are well maintained and tracked for H&S and HMRC Compliance.
We specialise in predominantly the Insurance repair sector to Residential, Commercial & Industrial buildings, but we also cover other Sectors such as School refurbishments, Heritage Lottery Funded work and also Private Client Work.
We pride ourselves on covering over 95% of our work, all in-house. Where items have to be sub-contracted, these are carried out by long-standing and trusted Partners who have worked with us for many years and carry the same values and ethos as ourselves in the industry.
The Management Team in place, are specialists in the sector. Their technical expertise in Building Construction and Building Services are unsurpassed in the industry and are often in high-demand for complex and challenging projects.
The experienced and Degree qualified surveying team, have a wide range of skills to pick out key areas of claims, and also probable causes and consequences, experience and technical know-how gives them in-sight into issues which are often over-looked by others.
Essentially though, regardless of all the skills and experience, in the Insurance Sector we know the Policyholder will no doubt be facing a stressful and worrying time.
